"We met officials from the State Department and asked for complete support of Peshmerga forces," Salim Jumaa Khudhur, an Iraqi MP from the Shabak minority, told Rudaw.
"We told them (American officials) that our land, the villages of Shabaks, Yezidis, Kakais, Christians and Turkmens cannot be freed without supporting the Peshmerga," said Khudhur, whose delegation arrived in Washington last week at the invitation of the US government. chattels: rudaw.net/english/kurdist...

Family, the news is mostly good this morning......IMO.....they know we are back.....they listen and do as they are told....
Today we see the Anti-Money Laundering Law being voted upon....that is good....will be waiting on word that this will keep them off the black list we've been talking about and pointing to for months.....the COM got a letter to Parliament today.....just ONE DAY after they brought this up in their Tuesday meeting....this letter basically rescinds 54 laws that Maliki pushed to Parliament that have been squandering in Parliament for one reason or another.....
That to me is an indication of speed on their part.....something they by themselves are not going to do.....yes we are back....yes we are in a position to make things "shake, rattle, and roll".......and they are doing as told. Aloha Randy

Tlar: I am afraid that the dinar will not happen this year. October has a chance but I am thinking January 2016 is most likely more realistic.
Abadi, the prime minister is in the process of cleaning house of all the corrupt politicians that Maliki had put in place.
Maliki himself will most likely be on trial soon as they are preparing charges against him. But this is Iraq and anything can happen.
The IMF and WB both have put conditions on Iraq that they must clean house and get rid of corruption and pass the money laundering law by October 1st.

Commodities, stocks, bonds? All will be in a state of flux but this time frame will mark the final big push into bond markets creating the high before confidence then begins to shift OUT of gov't; from public into private havens. Many have heard that as far back as 1985 Armstrong began predicting 2015.75 as "Big Bang" but even now few appreciate what this means! It does not mean a stock market collapse and Great Depression on that day.
What this date, Oct01, 2015, marks is the PEAK IN CONFIDENCE in gov't and this will drive many changes. From this point onward gov't debt will matter as confidence shifts away to private assets and interest rates will necessarily rise.
People are waking up and this is all very much "on the radar" of those in charge. The citizens are expected to become the threat to government and governments everywhere have prepared for this.

BIG BANKS HAVE PLAYED THEIR ROLE
As we progress thru any cycle there appear certain events that define and serve as a marker as to where we are; what path is to be followed next. Last December we got a big marker that was a "canary in the coal mine" event. If you caught this event and still remember it then you get extra credit.
This is when I knew that I had to write today's blog as it pointed to the certainty of America's path as our Congress (against all prudence) removed the shackles from the big money center banks and handed them all the freedoms from restraint that had been imposed after 2008.
This moment of clarity told me that despite all hopes to the contrary, our leaders (who deserve to have entire chapters devoted here) had chosen the path of "self" (of greed) and that, at the expense of the people, America's economy would in fact be allowed to crash and burn.

Change Is Coming To America.
Every American regardless of their situation senses this reality and yet struggles in defining it. Attempting to actually paint a picture of what our nation might look like the years ahead leaves us frustrated and a bit anxious from all the uncertainty.
Compounding the problem we see an abundance of people who seem bent on scaring us about the ugliness to come and yet how many of them take time to define "ugly"? Such sources appear quite smart on the surface but pass by like a thunderstorm that leaves no rain, having no value, and serving only themselves.
In this series I will attempt to define what type of changes we can expect to see and where possible, to what degree.

A reschedule of his cancelled visit from last Thursday that was postponed as he put one foot inside the Parliament then had to leave for "emergency reasons".......oh do tell
Will he be handing out pink slips to Parliament members who have over stayed their welcome by not showing up for the dance each week......or is he going to roll those corrupt heads out of Parliament.....
Or maybe just tell them we are transitioning to a democratic process and as a result your services will no longer be needed in their current capacity.....but if you are an honest bloke we might have room for you in our new Congress.....who knows.....maybe he just wants to visit.
