The movement of troops, especially American troops, is the dead giveaway to any broader game plan which is intended to be hidden within the structure of propaganda and media campaigns. So it is with muted surprise that we hear the news of the United States sending 3,000 troops to help fight the Ebola epidemic in West Africa.

As reported in the New York Times yesterday:

Under pressure to do more to confront the Ebola outbreak sweeping across West Africa, President Obama on Tuesday is to announce an expansion of military and medical resources to combat the spread of the deadly virus, administration officials said.

Tlar Comments Brought From Currency Chatter

Tlar: As it has turned out, the Security Ministry has to be filled before the CBI can move forward. This was a last minute change.. Our government thought they would do that last night and are very unhappy today.

The phone lines have been burning up with calls to all; important Iraqi politicians.

Iraq did turn down the deal to hold but it is obvious that nominating the Security Minister is going to take a little time in order to satisfy everyone.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that Thursday this issue will be put to bed and we can move on. The CBI is on hold until this issue is cleared up so to me it is the most important last step.

This story can get complicated real fast and so I wanted to make this new letter today brief. I will try to explain in a compacted, less complicated version. The history of all this mess can be easily researched on the internet so I encourage everyone to do so to learn more about what is holding up the IQD revaluation. This is why the USA wants a "stable" government in Iraq. Stable for investors but also stable so that it will be able to partnership with the USA in these future oil exports. This is also part of the hidden agenda in the Iraqi HCL and to why the Maliki GOI would not fully implement it.

If nothing else remember this - G. W. Bush and Cheney came up with a plan to ensure long lasting wealth of the USA. It's called "The Plan for the New Milllenium". Go research it. It is on the internet for all to read. I am not discouraging this plan nor supporting it. I am simply informing you.

Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process. Please refer back to my news letter of 9/13 (LINK) as this news letter is a continuation of this news.

Today's News

Today is Tuesday 9/16 and this week Iraq needed to vote on the remaining 6 ministers that were placed as "proxy" ministers for the initial confirmation voting process by parliament last week. Again today we witnessed a vote on the permanent replacements for these ministers.

The member of the Commission on oil and energy Attorney Kaveh Mohammad, the House of Representatives to put oil and gas law in the list of his works for approval in order to solve the outstanding problems between the center and the region.

Said Mohammed said in a statement seen by Agency for News News (et) that "the failure to approve oil and gas law is a legal vacuum in Iraq, the lack of a special law determines oil policy so far," calling the new session in the House of Representatives to draft a law that includes the right of the Kurds in the management of oil policy.

Barclays Plc, Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and UBS AG, which together account for 43 percent of foreign-exchange trading by banks, are introducing measures to make it harder for dealers to profit from confidential customer information and take advantage of clients in the largely unregulated $5.3 trillion-a-day currency market, according to people with knowledge of the changes.

I put this article up to show how crazy the news can be from Iraq.....don't get excited about what you see here....it is not what it seems.....other articles indicate the two main ministers are yet to be approved.....so we continue to wonder what is going on over there.

Well not only the Defense Minister...but the Interior Minister as well.....look for them hopefully on Thursday.

We know that there are good guys that want to RV Iraq's currency to have a GCR for the good of all mankind!

We know that there are a small group of people who control most of the money, at least in Europe and our hemisphere and do not want the RV to happen for they lose their control.

Why don't the good guys tell the bad guys, "look, give it up, or we will expose your identity to the world!" Surely, these bad guys have families and children and don't want them to suffer!

EXXON CREWS AND SHELL CREWS STILL NOT PREPARING TO GO BACK. NO REASONS GIVEN BUT STRANGE THAT SOME ARE AND SOME NOT.

WHAT IT MEANS AT THIS TIME IS UNKNOWN. JUST KEEPING YOU ABREAST OF FACTS NOT THE FICTION. [maybe due to ISIS?] I DON'T THINK ISIS IS VIABLE WITHIN IRAQ. THERE ARE SO FEW THERE AND NOW DON'T HAVE CONTROL OF ANY PART OF IRAQ. HOWEVER IT MAY BE JUST A SAFETY MOVE FROM THE COMPANIES.
