Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is fine out in the dinar investors land.
Today I bring you yet more good news. Could it get any better? In my last couple news letters I tried to make a point to everyone that the final passing of the HCL thru parliament was inevitable and just a matter of a short time. It MUST get passage in parliament to become law and be done, done, all done as many have said. Until then it is just an approved cabinet bit of legislation with verbal agreements between the Baghdad government and the KRG.
When this final passage in parliament does happen it will be larger than HUGE. It will be amazing and a miracle at last. It will be greater than the Amnesty law we witnessed last week.
I also commented that there are some other contentious laws that have been kicking the can down the road. The Iraqi news has talked about the Accountability and Justice law many times in the recent past, yet we don't see parliament voting on it or hear much news about it. So what happened with the law?

Parliamentary Finance: no intention to repeal Article 14 of the Convention on the International Monetary Fund
August 31, 2016
Economy News / special parliamentary finance committee confirmed that it has no intention to abolish Article 14 of the International Monetary Fund agreement signed with Iraq on the granting of loans, while confirming that the past parliament to vote on all articles and paragraphs Convention.
Committee Chairman Mohammed Halbusi in an interview for "Economy News," there was no intention by the Finance Committee or Parliament in general to stop or cancel Any of the Iraqi articles of the Convention with the IMF on loans, stressing that all the materials pour the interests of Iraq and the parliament's past vote on them.
He added that the international loan will save Iraq from a lot of economic and financial problems that affected the monetary reserves and the general economic situation in the country.

Our Lady, My Friend ...
One of the hardest things I have ever done in my life was to post the news of Our Lady's passing. There are so many things I want to share with you all and I will now. BondLady was bigger then life in so many ways. She shared so much of herself with us all that it is hard to put into words. Her persona was that of a six foot tall, blonde bombshell, bad ass and I can assure you that she was all that and then some!
She always gave 100% in anything she did and earned the respect and trust of those close to her. Sure there were moments of drama and betrayal by others throughout the years but once past those things she would move on, never looking back. This wasn't something new to her especially when you deal with so many people on-line, (10,000 plus).
But there was another side to her. It was the kind, giving and gentle side, the side who loved her God and her family including her BLC family. And love us she did. So many times we talked about many of you. She respected and cared so much for the original "gold stars" that made up her original team, the ones who were with her from the very beginning. Mister Fizz, DRC, Sambo , Liz the site creator and techy and some I am sure I missed. These fine people were her strength to go forward with her own website. That was a difficult move for her as she did not like change one little bit and she knew if she took the plunge she would be obligated to giving of herself.
