Frank26: So yesterday or today....I can't even remember when....I got so many things in my head....the Minister of Planning comes out to the media and he says.....hey I just dropped 1,600 projects from our 2017 budget....I put a lot of other things on hold too....and by doing that I decreased our budget for 2017 by 43 trillion dinars....
Family that is a big reduction that makes the IMF smile....it should make you smile....you are seeing the evidence of them complying with everything the IMF is asking of them...and then you Saleh the Financial Advisor to Abadi to come out and tell the citizens...hey everything the IMF wanted us to do.....we've implemented it.....
Well one of the things was for you to lift the value of your currency....what do you say about that....we've implemented everything the IMF has told us to do....hot diggedity dog...and it is your prerogative to not show it until you are ready....right....well of course....we are a sovereign country....
Chapter 7 was lifted a long time ago.....well you son of a gun....good for you...many little stars...many little explosions of events that cause me and my TEAMS to no longer say oh we want to know about it....I mean we know about it...and to see it done....we smile now....
And I told you we are now like catchers in a baseball game....we are not out there catching flies that are popped up....we are not seeking the information.....we know what we are looking for...and when we see these events occur we are just catching the information and smiling about it....and then we bring it to you.
