At least since Dr. Shabs told everyone back in 2011 that this RV would without a doubt "pop" no later than the end of June. Guaranteed. No ifs, ands or Malarki's.
Well, what is it they say about the best laid plans? Wasn't it something about the first mouse gets the trap, the second mouse gets their cheese moved, the third mouse ....

chattels: There are 328 members of the Council of Representatives
chattels: So, 218 members must approve the proposed amendment.
chattels: It is not 2/3 of those members present, but 2/3's of the total membership, IMO

Abadi first speaker summit of the United Nations against terrorism
So the news has been saying that PM Abadi will head to the US just after their upcoming holiday.....he's first up on a list of speakers talking about terrorism issues on a global scale with the United Nations......
Some think he may decide last minute not to make this trip.....but I tend to believe he will go.....probably a quick trip on his part and the part of their Foreign Minister as well....both seeking more military support from the US during this trip as well.....
But I do look for him to be back home rather quickly.....there is a great deal of work to be done......not that he is the actual one to do it....but he needs to push to get some things accomplished.....he knows the importance....and he understands how much of an impact his local presence will have if there is to be success....watch for more news.

example. To help explain the economics of this cash-in example, I will use a 1:1 cash-in ratio between the USD and IQD, that is given a two-tier payout, and a 2% bank spread.
What You Will Receive:
If you were to cash in your 10,000 IQD note with a bank that charges you a 2% spread, you would personally receive a net take-home of $9,800 credited to your bank account.
What Your Bank Will Receive:
Your Bank will receive a $10,000 credit to its Federal Reserve Account. They will also be able to add the $200 profit to their "capital account".
