Billionaires are holding mountains of cash, offering the latest sign that the ultra-wealthy are nervous about putting more money into today's markets.

According to the new Billionaire Census from Wealth-X and UBS, the world's billionaires are holding an average of $600 million in cash each-greater than the gross domestic product of Dominica. That marks a jump of $60 million from a year ago and translates into billionaires' holding an average of 19 percent of their net worth in cash.

Was Europe Traded for the Middle East? By JC Collins

The geopolitical strategy at play in the proxy resource wars between the east and west has shifted once again with the US strikes on Syria. The response by Russia and China over this unilateral move by America will likely be very telling of the larger strategy at play here.

So far the response has been muted with only statements of slight disgruntlement, such as Russia stating that the US strikes violate Syria's sovereignty.

The arrival of the Chinese naval ship into an Iranian port a few days ago very well could have been pre-positioning in preparation of the US strikes.

London Metal Exchange opens clearing house, to add China currency

LONDON (Reuters) - The London Metal Exchange (LME) on Monday launched its new clearing house, which plans to add the Chinese currency as collateral by year's end to lure more business from the world's top metals consuming nation.

The launch of LME Clear is a key step by LME owner Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd (HKEx) to generate profits after paying $2.2 billion to buy the LME in December 2012, a price which many analysts regarded as very high.

French Interior Minister says ISIS threatening to kill civilians in countries against the extremists. France says it's confident in its security.

Abadi arrived in NYC yesterday for the UN meeting at 7 AM without security detail and only fellow dignitaries from the new GOI.

Other leaders from around the world, representing some 200+ countries are in evidence including Zimbabwe and all arrived without security details. Only US president Obama has security and in great evidence.

We are ~ 2 weeks out from Jackson Hole. Money was pledged to Iraq from nations around the world. Every nation that stands to benefit from RV.

Every nation that has IQD to pledge.... How does the commitment to fund infrastructure, humanitarian development, military needs get delivered to Iraq?

What is the machine behind this commitment from other nations? These are the questions the common man does not ask. I will explain.

I have posted many times about letting someone else have possession of your dinar and/or dong. This is a grave mistake and you need to do something about it today!

What a shame it would be for this blessing to come and you go to your "trusted" holder and find out that through some set of circumstances, you have no currency to cash out... Get it back and do it today!

If they refuse, call the attorney general's office and that will get it back for you.... Do not sign an NDA with anyone that is not a banker, securities trader and licensed..

Good Morning Family, Abadi was whisked off to New York City....of course at the insistence of Obama....probably for a new selfie and to talk about security issues in Iraq, or to say that we haven't forgotten you guys as we bomb ISIS, that non-Islamic entity in Syria for a while.

So they are having Abadi fly all this way to simply discuss air raid on DAASH....nothing else....oh come on...that is just a bit lame to me....is Abadi a golfer does anyone know?......Surely there has to be more than air raids in this meeting.....President Massoum was already there for pete's sake.....now take Abadi away from his Tuesday Cabinet meeting....great timing there O....great timing....NOT.
