Iko Ward: OK, why is the ISX open? I don't think it really is, I think think the last guy out just forgot to turn off the sign. If it was really open now (it's almost 4PM in Iraq) I'd say they changed their operating hours and we should be happy to see another indicator hit the streets.
And speaking of indicators, Forex polled this morning at 7:05 from 1106.7 to 1109.4. Now let's see if they revert back to 1166 later on. A little bird told me they won't. But you know how little birds can be sometimes.
It does fit with what the fat mouse said. Fun day ahead.
My assessment is we really are just waiting for several people to agree. They may have already done so this weekend in NY. Interesting, isn't it?
They all still had to come to the Waldorf and sit in that gaudy presidential sweet up on the top floor to get this done.

So what does this now tell us?
It is my opinion that Abadi is directing all ministries, the judicial council and other applicable offices to wait to appoint acting general managers (proxy positions) until the completion of the process of implementing the reforms package.
First question is who are these General managers being referred to?
Second question is why wait until after the reforms are implemented?

Hello Everyone,
The familie Oktoberfest trip to Munchen was absolutely amazing this year. We are now back home safe and working in gasthaus preparing for the winter tourist season. I told Meinen Hubby and bier he is going to have to diet till Christmas....lol....
Oktoberfest time is a nice tradition in Germany and many other European countries because it marks just the beginning of a cooler season, a long season of harvest leading to Christmas and snow covered peaks of the Alps. We feel the climate change as the first frost is just around the corner.
Remember early October is coming upon us very quickly. Will October this year finally be our season of harvest for the Iraq dinar investment? There is a target in place and I believe they are pushing forward to attempt to meet it. They already missed many targets as these reforms took them beyond their plan. The big question is will Iraq be ready? This can not go on forever.

Definitely some interesting news this morning that is worthy of some talk......are we seeing an approach to the "day of reckoning" for the IQD....perhaps on a worldly scale.....the Iraqi Official Gazette getting geared up for some good things.....all those LAWS that have been talked about recently......coup or to not coup......
The real question is "who stepped in the coup?".....come on that was funny......Islamic Banks are coming.....Islamic Banks are coming.....again more innuendos about security I think......watch for things to really start improving....IMO.

Please add your thoughts to my comments.
1-Security is done, Saudi Arabia is reopening their embassy tomorrow the 28th. They wouldn't reopen if security was bad.
2-Laws are done, the only laws remaining is the basket of laws that only have 2 readings and need to be funded when they are implemented. The basket of laws are waiting on the rate to be funded thats why they only have two readings.
3-This Oct. 1st will be the 1st time the current US Government will have an approved budget that also needs funding by 10/1/15.
4-Frank both you and news articles have said the if Iraq does not have to affairs together by 10/1 they will be on the Blacklist.
5-For Shabibi's own security and safety, I don't think they will tell us in the media when he returns.
6-The fact that they won't give us a date they plan to complete the laws tells me the rate is closer then we know. Just after EID is all they say, no hard date. IMO
....

U.S. Takes Step Toward Support for China's Reserve-Currency Bid

The Obama administration took a step toward backing China's bid to have the yuan recognized as a global reserve currency, as the U.S. softened its insistence that the Chinese implement financial reforms to win support.
The International Monetary Fund is reviewing whether the yuan should be included in its Special Drawing Rights, a basket of reserve currencies used by the lender as a unit of account.
After U.S. President Barack Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping met Friday in Washington, the two sides issued a statement saying the U.S. supports the inclusion of the yuan "provided the currency meets the IMF's existing criteria in its SDR review," a point Xi highlighted in his press conference with Obama.

I just wanted to ask you about the information from Dave Schmidt's latest video (Wed. 16/9) where he repeats that only those coming to his seminars to get information that he can not give in a video, will be able to get paid for their Dinar/Dong.
This seems so far away from logic as may brain is able to think. I think Dave Schmidt has had a lot of good videos and great information so I do not understand this information about the Dinar/Dong.
Just wanted to ask you if you can address this in your next newsletter?
