Kurdistan President Massoud Barzani said he agreed with the Prime Minister Haider Abadi about solve all crises between Baghdad and Kurdistan in economic and oil files.
Abadi said at a press conference with the President of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani in Baghdad attended by correspondent {Euphrates news} Thursday, that "there is a responsibility to provide a decent living for employees in Baghdad and Kurdistan", noting that "Mosul edits within a table Setup and the final date will be timed by the Commander in Chief of the armed forces by the readiness of all security forces."
"Security forces managed to free walshrkat forces and we want to achieve a greater level of edits Mosul keep innocent citizens", indicating that the international coalition is its key role in supporting the security forces, there were no foreign troops fighting on the ground. "
Massoud Barzani, said that "there are common priorities to defeat terrorists and clearing all the land of Iraq from these criminals", noting that "there is good coordination between Baghdad and Kurdistan to defeat terrorists in Mosul.

Frank26: Let's see what happens to Mosul in the next two or three weeks but we don't need to talk about it....instead in the next two or three weeks let's see what happens to Abadi and the GOI and the CBI governorship and the new technocrats that will come in and what the UN report will be when they are done with what they are doing in Iraq.
The problem is that two-thirds of the GOI is corrupt....and like I told you they have dual citizenship....and they can leave....or I should say they can run at any time....and I believe we might see this....wouldn't that be good news in the next two or three weeks....why would they run.....because they are getting nervous.
Now it is important that you try and remember what I am trying to teach tonight....these multiple groups that are all in Iraq right now from the UN...they have equal weight....through the UN....Abadi asked for this help last week and he got it....these are highly trained....highly seasoned people...and each group is represented with equal weight....that is the key you need to try to understand for tonight's conference call.

Psychologically the human brain can only process so much information at one time. Thus, to accomplish decades worth of structural macro geopolitical, geofinancial changes all in the same day, same hour even, is a wise strategy because it's literally an inconceivable series of events to the casual observer.
Try learning calculus in a day and you'll understand the GCR/RV roll out strategy instantly.
So yes we expect everything GCR/RV related to just "snap" into place today. And the changes to be so dramatic, so vast, so global that no one will know exactly what to make of it all... and just go about their business per usual because it's "above their pay grade."
China has yet to publicly release their gold holdings announcement which we were told would happened early on Thursday morning. This event qualifies China and its Renimbi for IMF SDR basket inclusion on October 1. Snap.

He said, for the balance of the News/Iraq, will receive new loans during future periods according to the standby credit agreement with the International Monetary Fund ", indicating that" this agreement is a pivotal agreement, Iraq provided an umbrella up to more than 20 billion dollars in three years.
He added that "the budget deficit started estimated 34 trillion but shrinking until it was no more than 12 trillion dinars," pointing out that "the next installment of a loan to Iraq amounting to $ 643 million.The Prime Minister noted that "the President of the World Bank gave a positive signal to Iraq that the ceiling is open for Iraq to borrow, on condition that Iraq implements the cost of loans as agreed."

The renminbi will join the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Special Drawing Rights (SDR) basket this Saturday, 1 October, which is also China's National Day. So the day will be double-happiness for China.
For the world, the renminbi's entry to the SDR basket seems to be much to do about nothing, with only a symbolic impact on both the global and Chinese economy. Even with the third largest weighting (10.92%) in the basket, just behind the USD's 41.73% and the euro's 30.93% (see chart), the renminbi remains an indirect, and a tiny, part (0.27%)of global reserves

Such is a standard redundancy strategy, a military term that means having an alternative course of action to ensure performance regardless of circumstance.
