It is a pleasure to be with you. Later today, I depart for Hangzhou, China to join President Obama at the G-20 Leaders Summit, the last G-20 meeting the President will attend during his tenure.
It is a valuable moment to take stock of how we have used the G-20 over the past eight years to promote economic growth and financial stability, both of which remain so important to American workers and families.
President Obama will use this Summit to advance concrete steps toward a future that is safer, environmentally sustainable, and one in which the benefits of economic growth are more widely shared.

Cleitus: There can't be a launch of something unless the rocket is on the pad and totally FUELED for take off.
IMO, the fuel with the IEX is the waiting for the currency/currencies to have a value. Don't forget the IEX is a new platform for these new currencies that are asset backed.
Backdoc alluded to that several times.
So, can it be the we haven't seen the launch of the IEX because the first currency (IQD) to test the launch is not totally fueled until the Iraqi budget with the rate and the activation of the RIDER is first shown?
Are they (IEX and the budget) dependent on each other? UHMMMMM..., lets see. All IMO, of course.
