FOR ME IT IS THE BEGINNING OF THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON AND THE START OF MLB PLAY OFFS. WHAT A GREAT TIME TO BE ALIVE AND WHAT A GREAT TIME FOR AN RV/GCR.
MY SOURCES ARE TELLING ME THAT THIS WILL BE A RECORD SETTING SEASON FOR HOME SALES, LUXURY CAR SALES AND ALL SORTS OF ITEMS THAT WILL STIMULATE OUR ECONOMY.
IT MAY ALSO BECOME A SEASON OF EARLY RETIREMENTS IN DC AND AROUND THE WORLD IN GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE SECTORS FOR MANY REASONS NOT WITHSTANDING THE FACT THEIR JOB HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

Cleitus: I recall several weeks ago, perhaps even 2 or 3 months ago there was a discussion that you brought up that the Kurds were going to be rewarded for using their Peshmerga forces to help fight ISIS in the Northern provinces.
It was also stated that some of the cities in the Northern provinces were going to be given to the Kurds as part of their reward. Indulging in the discussion..., and, I can't be certain exactly what I stated but I recall that I mentioned in one of the posts that, in addition to the cities and towns that were going to be given to the Kurds, a new census should be taken because the 17% was not enough revenue for the Kurds since more land would be in their possession. Land that is valuable with oil.
Now..., the budget was passed years before ISIS came to the scene and years before the Kurds were promised their reward. And, a budget at the time that gave them only 17% of the oil rights. So what has changed since? Plenty..., IMO.

Militia: Per the CC, the Citizens portion of the HCL now a Budgetary issue now. 92% is ready to go with the 33% Corruption file is in warp speed now it appears.
