Tootsie: Parliamentary Finance: 2016 budget will not include an increase in employees' salaries, but rather support the lower categories BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - September 5 / September:'' the parliamentary Finance Committee announced on Saturday, sending proposals to the federal government for inclusion in the draft budget in 2016 pointing out,
"The blessings of the new salary will not include a significant increase in salaries, but will support the salaries of the lower categories of staff through the upper grades to reduce the salaries. "
She said in a statement, "The proposals include finding alternatives to supplement the budget and avoid dependence on imports sale only oil", noting to, it "suggested that the import of raw materials and manufactured inside Iraq and then exported along the lines of what was done by some East Asian countries during their passage financial crises such as those currently experienced by the country as well as supporting the agricultural and private sectoral ". The $100 billion BRICS Contingent Reserve Arrangement (CRA) has become fully operational following the inaugural meetings of the BRICS CRA Board of Governors and the Standing Committee in the Turkish capital of Ankara.
"The first meetings of the governing bodies mark the start of a full-scale operation of the BRICS Contingent Reserve Arrangement as an international institution with activities set to enhance and strengthen cooperation," said a Russian Central Bank statement on Friday.

OOTW: Dozens of depositors in front of the north branch of the Bank of Baghdad on Thursday morning due to lack of their assets retained at the bank exchange rate.
Mohammad Sabah said one of the protesters told / JD /: that the bank refuses our assets which obstructed paid in exchange, it gives us a rate of only 3 when withdraw money, which made us pretend today against the bank, demanding the recovery of our money. .
He added that the problem began to multiply, as well as ill-treatment of customers by employees within the bank, noting that most of the protesters today would file lawsuits against the bank.
He called the second protester Ahmed Kamel which has placed the company calculated in this bank, the Central Bank to intervene to resolve the North Bank, who refuses to pay off their assets problem.
