*The Day Before*
Timing Is Everything. How often have we heard that. For most of us, far too often. Especially since, in most cases, it's basically a 'default' reason for something not happening when we wanted it to. Or even worse, when we really needed it to.
Which seems quite fitting for our current status here in Dinarland. I'm willing to bet that 99.99999999% of us (I hate to speak for everyone) would rather be living out our post RV exchange dreams. And yet, here we are. Once again, rolling in to another month. Another month of another year.
Not just another month. But a month we never imagined we'd still be sitting here. Broke. In fact, this entire year is kind of a fantasy year. A year that never should have been.
With all the done done done's, all the 'supposedly' close calls we've had, how on earth can we still be sitting here on this side of the RV/GCR/GFR.

Hi Frank ,Currency auctions are being done with letters of credit it was started and stopped in Aug, restarted now. the auctions are not stopped while they went from remittance to letters of credit anymore because their purposed has changed quite a bit.
The auctions fell under the mcp we don't know why yet they stopped remittance supposedly 91 days. Believe me this is good but We do not know the details yet and that is where the devil lives lol. With all of the news about wto and velocity finally moving (for Us) in a positive direction. Now don't go getting crazy the auctions purposes now are for internal debt, and I don't know the details.
Abadi said in a speech that all reforms have started, let's just watch and see how things go, This is what I was talking about in the back room of the CBI and there is more info to come.

kaseyko1: I've read where Russia, China, Iraq & Iran are pushing hard to get the 2nd basket of currencies pushed through this weekend that would include the Rial. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we see the 1st basket by Friday.
It's nice to hear that people are exchanging, very encouraging. Weeks ago my attorney made a passing statement that some of his clients did have an appointment for the exchange. So we should be extremely close to our exchange time.
