BondLady] yesterday was an historical day for Iraq and for us as well. So they set the new gov minus 2 ministries, the hardest ones, defense and interior ministers. They are supposed to do that next week

[BondLady] and all me basket of laws that need to happen are all or most part mentioned too, good things coming !

The GOI is fully seated and recognized by the UN, your RV should appear now at all cost.

No more restrictions, no more power plays, no more politics, now it just a matter of synchronization on all things of prosperity to occur, highly orchestrated to the max, (GRC, PF, FP, RV, RI, DB, SKR'S processed to cash {Reno}).

[Poppy3] Excitement Report: Just got two calls... both solid contacts involved from Wash., and they both stated almost word for word without knowing one another ...the talk is isis will be defeated in iraq within days .

As poppy3 has said many times isis is very small in iraq reports from there telling me they suspect less than 800 within the whole country, but they have to defeat them fast and make o look as good as possible .

The head of the isis snake is in Syria ...they both said budget will be implimented within a week and RV will show within the next 10 days to two weeks ---- now these are rumor or the talks being stated on the streets of the city.

Sounds very factual and possible to me

omegaman September 9, 2014 at 2:32pm ok, the platform yesterday told me that forex would go live; then today they tell me that they're just waiting for the budget to be voted on; then I hear that Iraq is still in Chapter 7; who can make heads or tails from this; ONE thing I do know; and we are at the Door Step, and I FIRMLY believe that THIS is the Week...remember, take all intel with a grain of salt; and don't shoot the messenger, or we'll disappear;;;;

Well in case you haven't heard yet, the Iraqi's have a new government headed by Prime Minister Abadi and his new Council of Ministers.....they are shy 2 ministers (Interior and Defense) and Abadi promises to have these two names presented to Parliament next week for approval.

Iraqi Prime Minister Pledges to Eliminate Contradictions Between Baghdad, Kurdistan

Abadi will go about settling differences and conflicts between the Baghdad government and Erbil that have long existed between the two mainly along the lines of Article 140, payment and recognition of the Peshmerga forces, payment of state employees within the Kurdistan, oil revenues, and budget allowances.

Why do you think the LEAD Bank and other Tier 1 banks are now opening OFFSITE exchange centers, staffing them, and integrating I.T. Infrastructure at these NEW Offsite LOCATIONS?

Dr. Mark > EXOGEN If this assumption is confirmed, and I have no reason to doubt you Exo, and banks allocate funds to extend for this operation...I have got to believe they would not have invested those dollars in the short term while waiting for a long term and awaited decision. Therefore, they know something that we do not....which is possibly a very good thing!

Memphis: Given that the World bank, by their own words, are now satisfied with Iraq's level of preparedness is it not fair to have expectation?

Before attempting to make an argument here that the book on "the re-pricing of the Iraqi dinar" is about to (can I say "finally"?) be closed, let's take a trip back in time and recall some past information that may prove helpful in our discussion.

In late 2011 and into mid 2012 we were told that the CBI's strategic project contains three phases and that each was to last 6mo. This one has often had me scratching my head as it has been an illusive thing trying to determine the start date that they were using! In truth, at some point I gave up trying.

Tho I wouldn't make a doctrine of it, it seems noteworthy that not only was Iraq's big debut held 18mo ago but their national meeting was in the same month as was Mr. Turki's long forgotten words: "Soon the friends of Iraq will be very surprised".

Fighting ISIS : Chess heard Arab League members agree to combat ISIS, either individually or collectively. State Dept says 40+ nations contributing to military and humanitarian response. Suicide bomber targeted meeting of Iraqi security forces and Sunni militiamen north of Baghdad, at least 16 killed.

Fighters at meeting are battling ISIS. Pres. Obama to outline his strategy to combat ISIS militants in speech Wednesday. He will brief Congressional leaders on Tuesday.
