Are Emerging Markets About To Switch Us Treasuries For SDR Bonds?

wsw333 I'm an old retired guy whose better years are certainly behind me but throughout my years I have been told by many a successful person and witnessed (in my mind anyway) that "the small guy always gets crushed".
So, if SDR bonds will be replacing US Treasuries at the central banks around the world who hold a large amount of them (I would presume), what market absorbs/buys them? These US Treasuries that they will be unloading, don't just disappear do they?
My guess is that these US treasury notes will have to be sold to the retail marketplace, right? If so, the bond market to the retail investor will become attractive especially as interest rates rise, correct? Then, wouldn't this suggest a significant downturn in stocks as well? Any comments/thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

The ministry said in a statement today, "it was after the great efforts Consular Department of the Foreign Ministry and in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and Iraqi employees of the consulate in Los Angeles opening of the issuance of the passport system in the Iraqi consulate in Los Angeles, the US."
The statement pointed out that this system "this important service to the thousands of Iraqis who live west of the United States of America will provide."

Iraq had concluded in May / May last, an agreement with the International Monetary Fund in Amman, to grant the Fund a loan for Iraq worth $ 5.3 billion with an interest rate of up to 1.5%, Iraq took a share initial value of about $ 600 million last July.
The Finance Ministry said in its statement, said he "took place during the last period technical talks between the government delegation of the Finance and Planning and oil ministries and the Central Bank with the International Monetary Fund experts to review Iraq's obligations under Stand-By program with the International Monetary Fund."

Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is fine out in the dinar investors land.
Today I bring you yet more good news about the happenings in Iraq. I do not spread rumors or hype. I only try to bring the FACTS and you can see the articles and read them for yourselves. If I have an opinion I always tell you so you can judge for yourself.
So as promised, Abadi did forward his nominations for the defense and interior ministers yesterday. However, parliament could not vote to ratify them since they could not muster a quorum. Also they planned to hold a no-confidence vote on the finance minister Zebari for corruption charges but this too had to postponed until Sept 20th, as stated in the article below.
Why could parliament not muster a quorum?

They were told great things are coming, the conversation was to my friend and once again he forgot to do the three way connect so I could not ask the detailed information i wanted.
Just remember the only thing I am waiting for is the celebration call from Iraq! nothing else matters, this is why I am now just doing many other things now...have a great and exciting day!!!

Bruce: What is going on right now? Let's start with Iraq. We heard yesterday that Iraq's financial and monetary reforms have been announced by Abadi in Iraq. This is what would serve as the international announcement that their currency is internationally tradable.
Their key cards funded, pre paid debit cards can be used anywhere in the world. Some in US received key cards. We knew one individual received with back pay on his key card all the way back to January. We knew he had rate over $5.
Since then the rate has gone up higher. So we are encouraged Keycards are being used all over the world through the CIPS system and maybe couple of other systems through Chase. We are excited about that for the Iraqi people.

*The Day Before*
Timing Is Everything. How often have we heard that. For most of us, far too often. Especially since, in most cases, it's basically a 'default' reason for something not happening when we wanted it to. Or even worse, when we really needed it to.
Which seems quite fitting for our current status here in Dinarland. I'm willing to bet that 99.99999999% of us (I hate to speak for everyone) would rather be living out our post RV exchange dreams. And yet, here we are. Once again, rolling in to another month. Another month of another year.
Not just another month. But a month we never imagined we'd still be sitting here. Broke. In fact, this entire year is kind of a fantasy year. A year that never should have been.
With all the done done done's, all the 'supposedly' close calls we've had, how on earth can we still be sitting here on this side of the RV/GCR/GFR.
