1.There have been 26 Tier 4 A groups which have been paid since Sat. morning Aug. 11. Those groups were 73% completed as of 10am EST today Aug. 14. When they complete we will get the 800#s.

For most people, our experiences in everyday life are with using lower numbers like one, two, or ten. We not only comprehend what it means to buy five apples, but we can also visualize exactly what that might look like. In other words, these are numbers that fall within a range that is very intuitive for most humans.
Extrapolate that a little higher and we can still comprehend the numbers, but we start to lose that intuition.
Are there 1,500 or 2,000 people at a music venue? It’s hard to know for sure, but we do at least have a basic comprehension of the sizes of those numbers. Every day, we do math with numbers in the thousands – a paycheck, a credit card bill, or paying rent.

In March of 2018, the U.S. national debt topped $21 trillion dollars, and now the average debt liability for an individual taxpayer is projected to be $161,022 by 2019.
This means that every American taxpayer pretty much owes the government a house, when you consider that the median house price is around $200,000.

Remember we talked about Tier 4. That is the Internet Group.
Group B in Tier 4 is the Internet Group.
Group A in Tier 4 are all these various Groups that we use the term groups that are from out west. There are about 26 or more of these groups in Group A that we are talking about. Those are being paid since Saturday morning at 7:30am.
