August 5, 2018 Walter BAGHDAD, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) – A source close to the Iraqi Electoral Commission confirmed on Sunday the completion of manual counting and counting of all polling stations for which complaints and appeals were received.

Osmosis: Will some of the same "investors" that were in the Kuwait conference last Spring be coming back for this one? # Incentive?
GregH: I can't imagine anyone in a legit business would want to come back for yet another conference unless they have first had monetary reform the world can see considering we are six months post KU conference.
I can't imagine what this conference would offer the other three before it haven't except more promises of things to come in the coming days as they like to say. Though I suspect WS knows something we don't.
