Judy Note: Tues. late night Aug. 7 would conclude the last primary and special election before US mid-terms in Nov and thus after Aug. 7, there was expected to be movement on 40,000 sealed indictments filed in federal courts.
Aug. 7 was also Settlement Day for all bank deposits made for the prior week up to 8 pm Sat. and on Aug. 7 economic sanctions were set to begin for Iran (in other words, Aug. 7 was their deadline to withdraw threats of nuclear war, or they could not be part of the GCR).
