If you are referring to the "The future of the Iraqi currency", it was published in 2013 and is really only showing how the dinar got to where it is and how a redenomination would resolve some of the problems.
 
The author tries to explain the problems implementing a redenomination and how the outcome may not be what the people would want to see.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Donald Trump had a brief meeting on the sidelines of the G20 summit on Friday, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said.

Ushakov said he met with US National Security Advisor John Bolton. Rus sia and the United States were ready to continue contact, he said.

Ushakov said he was unsure of when Putin and Trump might meet next.     link

Economist: US Treasury exert pressure to keep the central bank governor in office

Economist revealed that the US Treasury Secretary put pressure on the Iraqi government to keep the direction of the central bank governor on the Keywords in office for unknown reasons.

The expert said that the Iraqi government to reconsider Bremer's law of the Central Bank of Iraq and modify it as reduced the powers of the Bank and imposed restrictions in the banking and economic transactions.
