Restored Republic via a GCR: Update as of Feb. 9 2019

Compiled 9 Feb. 12:01 am EST by Judy Byington

Below is a summary of information from the Internet. It would be up to the individual reader to do their own research and decide whether or not it was valid. A Special Thank You to Martha for her untiring research efforts in discerning the Truth, Dale who keeps me in line and Ken who uncovers almost unlimited intel on pedophiles to help us Save the Children. Patience is a Virtue. Having Virtue is a sign of a good moral being. Good moral beings have the power to overcome evil and change the world.

Judy Note: The RV was said to have begun on Feb. 5 with the Chinese New Year. Some have reported being paid out and were liquid. Bank Front Screen Rates were rising, so being first may not always be the best thing. Zim redemption would begin anytime between now and Feb. 15. If the US was GESARA compliant (US Border crisis resolved) currency exchanges would take place after Feb. 15.

t any time HSBC could send out notices to set exchange/ redemption appointments. Some say by Mon. Feb. 11.

Predicting an economic downturn can seem as mystical and convoluted as reading tea leaves. However, the economic tea-leaf readers — financial experts — are warning that the economic winds are changing.

Even though unemployment is still low, there are other economic indicators causing financial analysts to predict lean financial seasons. First, economic growth has all but stalled. The rate of wage increase has stagnated.

America's revered first president (1789-1797) is given an IQ score near the middle of the pack. Washington had only an elementary school-level education, but he's a reminder that a person can still carve out a place in history, even without a good education.

His family's poverty and the untimely death of his father forced him out of school, but Washington used his knowledge in mathematics, surveying, drafting and mapmaking to become a colonial surveyor at just 17.

He spent six years in the colonial military during the bloody and disorganized French and Indian War.

After some military successes and several disastrous campaigns, Washington came to see that the states needed a strong national government.

See how the presidents rank for intelligence. Does a high IQ guarantee success?
Can you be a success even if you weren't the smartest kid? One answer might come from the estimated IQs of the men who served as president of the United States.

A researcher from the University of California at Davis came up with IQ scores using biographical information about the presidents' openness, "intellectual brilliance" and leadership.

Samson: Vietnam : Credit growth of 14% a feasible target for 2019

2nd February, 2019

The country’s credit growth target of 14 per cent set for this year, the same rate as last year, was reasonable and achievable, economists said.

Nguyễn Đức Thành, Director of the Vietnam Institute for Economic and Policy Research under the Vietnam National University - Hanoi’s University of Economics and Business, said credit expansion is expected to remain stable this year at around 14 per cent.

According to Thành, there is no reason for a higher credit growth this year when the economy is still gaining a good growth rate without needing capital.

Thành explained that previously, Việt Nam’s economic growth often relied heavily on increased credit, however, things have changed. Now, the economy can grow without strong lending, particularly when the supporting industry as well as the services and agricultural sectors are becoming more attractive to foreign investors. “When credit use improves, there should be a better credit growth policy in the long term,” Thành suggested.

Bap: I just spoke to my bank contact again. He said that the treasury has told the banks to keep their offices staffed even though there has been a slight delay. They said it was important for them to keep their staff close by. Let's hope this delay is only a couple of days.

Kue911: Best friend talked to top banker with Chase in Chicago. He said dong was on the. Front screen at $1.47.
