Somewhere Over The Rainbow
By Gia Dalton
How Much Happier Over the Rainbow?

More than two weeks after the disruption of Internet service in Iraq due to protests, the ban on social networking sites was lifted Monday. 1. We are in a crucial time for the RV and it might happen within the next 12 hours.
2. The IMF has been giving Iraq loans. Yesterday Trump called the IMF and told them not to give Iraq any more loans, or any funds, until after they announced the RV. They needed to RV, put out a rate and make an announcement. Then they wouldn’t need the IMF anymore.
