The below is a summary of information from the Internet. It would be up to the individual reader to decide whether or not it is valid. Patience is a Virtue. Having Virtue is a sign of a good moral being. Good moral beings have the power to overcome evil and change the world.

1. Banks expected this to be happening real soon.
2. Iraq appeared to be dragging this out to the end of the month.
3. Contract rates for the Dong were said to be gone, yet several years ago people were paid contract rates on their Dong exchange. At our appointment we would have to ask if a contract rate was available.

(Recaps Note: We realize this topic may be a delicate area for some but we find the information very beneficial and worthy of reading and saving. We hope you do as well )
When someone you love dies, at first, you may only be able to think about the emotional things: How you will miss them, how different your life will be without them, and maybe, if they were suffering, a sense of gratitude that their pain has ended.
Unfortunately, most of us also have to deal with logistics when someone in our family departs this world. If you are named executor of the estate, the heirs have the right to expect you to turn over their inheritance in a timely manner. Part of settling an estate is dealing with the personal possessions of the deceased.
Often this must be done before the house or condo can be sold, or the lease terminated, and the estate closed out. The more possessions the departed owned, the more difficult this task can be. Some triaging is in order.

Perception of a World Full of Problems
When we see this world as a hostile place full of problems, where we constantly launch new attacks against a shaky self, it only seems natural for us to be self-protective, and that’s exactly what we do.
We put tremendous amounts of energy into developing and carrying out our plans for defense. Thus, we justify our actions to ward off the possible criticism of others.

KTFA:
DogLuvr: Q? for anyone. Regarding Iraq no longer receiving loans, was there a date for that? Is it immediately or some date in the future?
Mekong: My impression was that the IMF cut off funding effective immediately.
IIRC, the IMF is willing to revisit funding Iraq after the new government is seated during the 3rd review by the IMF of the Standby Arrangement (SBA)
imo...President Trump doesn't want Iraq shackled by the IMF and neither does Iraq.
Hopefully shortly, Iraq won't need the IMF ... imo
