Baxter THIS IS FOR TEBOW: Baxter 6-16-2018 Kaperoni: Great news! The CBI has officially met the IMF 3-month requirement to maintain the official rate/ market-rate spread at 2% or less. This requirement was a prerequisite to acceptance into IMF Article VIII.
They must continue to maintain that until they make the decision to move to Article VIII. If they fall out of compliance they will have to begin the 3-month requirement again.
Many believe the CBI will not take that risk and will write the letter to the IMF requesting and accepting Article VIII right away.
RockCharlie229: currency conversion I watch it daily. As the rate is adjusted you can see what it is going to cost, this is a fantastic tool Bravo!! Watch for the encore:-)
PS: This link was provided by Frank and teams when he told us about MC. THANK YOU Frank and Teams!! My hats off to all of you Bravo..encore encore.
Singingwolf: So Mastercard accepts the program rate as an international rate.
Yet the IQD is not international......yet……….Interesting...
SC1: Humbly asking: How does this work (happen) ?
StephenMac63: May look at it as "Mastercard accepts the program rate as the current rate". Once the rate is increased to be International then the numbers will change.

Only Humans Have Potential to Be a Buddha
Mistakes and failures are the true teachers of life. It is only through mistakes that we learn life’s lessons; we grow, we mature, and we realize better ways to do things, better methods of success in life.
Humans make mistakes; hence humans have the potential to be a Buddha! If we don’t fret about our mistakes or those of others, we can treat each of them as a step to higher possibilities. With mistakes, we learn to stand firm, and prove we can do things better!

This week, Kim and I hired a contractor for what we hope will be the last major project on the “country cottage” we bought last summer. We’re replacing our rotting back deck and installing a hot tub. It’s an expensive (and extensive) project.
Our deck project
The cost hurts all the more because we’ve already poured nearly $100,000 into performing needed repairs on this property. (In fact, as you may remember, we considered forgoing the deck replacement altogether.)
Budgeting for this job led me to reflect on the costs of owning a home. Like my colleague J.L. Collins (who believes a house is a terrible investment), I refuse to join to the cult of of home ownership.
