Monday UPDATE for June 17, 2019: I just had an encouraging piece of Intel come to me in the grocery store. A personal acquaintance of 20 years whom I have used as a source, that worked on the accounting team for the reset years ago, 2011 when it was planned for 2012; ran into Aunt 20 min ago, she said he's visiting and said he got his call Friday that Tier 4, is this week...I'm going over to their family home if I can't reach him by cell, will report back later.

19th June, 2019
The largest port of Umm Qasr in the province of Basra on Wednesday recorded the highest revenue in its history.
A statement issued by the General Authority of Customs said, "The customs portal registered today Wednesday the 19th of June, the highest rate of revenue since the date of its launch, despite the challenges facing it."
"The current achievement comes after a campaign to fight corruption and deal with cases of customs evasion, manipulation and violations, as well as facilitate the completion of customs transactions, which encouraged traders to increase imports of goods and goods, which led to the increase of customs revenues."

In this article series of articles, I have recorded somewhat of a manifesto for using cash in your budget. You can listen to the whole thing in my podcast for week 4 of my 12 Weeks to Fiscal Fitness program, Using Cash In Your Budget.
In week 3 I talked in considerable detail about how to create a budget that works. In week 4, I’m going to talk about a tip that has been crucial in helping my wife and I stay within our budget. It has also helped us decrease the total time we spend on budgeting from month to month.
That’s right, I’m talking about using cash in your budget.
