Samson: Hakim heads the Iraqi-Kuwaiti Joint Ministerial Committee

Foreign Minister Mohammed Ali al-Hakim headed to Kuwait on Saturday to head a ministerial delegation to chair the work of the joint Iraqi-Kuwaiti ministerial committee. The committee's work will continue for two days.
