WASHINGTON (Reuters) - US President George W. Bush rejected Iran's hostile policy towards the United States and its allies in the region, reiterating his warnings that Tehran would face "enormous power" if it tried to threaten Washington's interests in the Middle East.

Trump said Iran would face "enormous power" if it tried to do anything against the interests of the United States in the Middle East, adding that it had shown strong hostility toward Washington.

On the other hand, it seems that Tehran has chosen to calm down after the serious American threats to any hostile movements in the region, and the Iranian president expressed his desire to make the dialogue to reduce the level of tension between the two countries.

Observers said Tehran was aware of the seriousness of US threats and learned that the option of escalation would lead to a war that the regime could not resist or withstand.
