As part of the directives of Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi, the Iraqi Ministry of Finance is working to secure salaries, streamline expenses, and do not harm the citizen's strength.

Abadi's march is characterized by the lack of exploitation of the Iraqi state budget for electoral propaganda, unlike previous governments that exploited the budget funds for personal interests and electoral propaganda. Or rely on efficiency, and strengthen some of their members for their communal influence. 

The Ministry of Finance issued a document on the disbursements and appointments for 2018, which authorizes the ministries and departments not connected to the Ministry and the governorates and their councils the authority to spend during the month of January 2018, by (1/12) of the actual expenses for the year 2017; .

Press Release: Vietnam Accepts IMF's Article VIII Obligations

January 5, 2006

The government of Vietnam has notified the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that it has accepted the obligations of Article VIII, Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the IMF's Articles of Agreement, with effect from November 8, 2005.

Under Article VIII, Sections 2, 3 and 4, IMF members undertake not to impose restrictions on the making of payments and transfers for current international transactions, and not to engage in, or permit any of their fiscal agencies to engage in, any discriminatory currency arrangement or multiple currency practice, except with IMF approval.
