DinarResearcher: Gives annual profits to all citizens .. Iraq re-establish the National Oil Company after 38 years of cancellation.

DinarResearcher: I thought when this was passed, it was the oil and gas law. It is NOT, BUT I do see this as a Start (foundation) to get things moving in the right direction for the oil and gas law (HCL) to be passed but will prolly not see it moved to legislation until “hopefully” the next session of new parliamentarians voted in office. Will keep my fingers crossed that the election process is fair and transparent and the Iraqi people get what they need to help them move forward with their country for the better.
