The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) announced on Tuesday that regional leader Massoud Barzani will deliver a speech on the situation in the disputed areas, including Kirkuk.

According to media leaks, Barzani will resign from office and will transfer all his powers to the Prime Minister.

Events in the province of Kirkuk yesterday and the disputed areas resulted in the death and wounding of more than 100 elements of the Peshmerga.

Thanks PinkRoses for transcribing for us!

Bruce: Welcome Everybody to the Big Call tonight. I was debating not even doing a call tonight. I talked to the team about it and thought we would be better to do the call and talk a little about some things than have a bunch of people email us what happened to the call tonight.

We did the call tonight as a preventative measure. Tonight we are pretty much at the end of the ride. That is the case and now I will tell you what I am hearing now.

Bruce: First of all I want to thank everybody for coming in and listening to the Big Call so faithfully these over the last 6 years. I am excited because I really didn’t think I would do a call tonight. I knew we had approx 25,000 people listening either live to the call or to the replay, and reading the transcript.

DinarResearcher: IMHO we need security and stability first before we see any change in the value of the IQD! We will need to see the citizens trust in the banks because if the citizens don’t trust the banks how in he heck can foreign investment trust in it?

DinarResearcher: I do believe we will see the laws right afterwards
DinarResearcher: A group/ basket of laws

DinarResearcher: Wham, bam, thank you ma’am... lol

chattels: @DinarResearcher I do not look for anything until election time or afterwards next year.

chattels: Prime Minister Haidar Abadi’s move in Kirkuk went from a possible disaster to an unmitigated success. After fighting broke out in the morning of October 16 the Kurds withdrew and the Iraqi forces took all the positions they wanted plus Kirkuk city and areas of northeast Diyala.

This was the result of a deal with the major wing of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), which has left the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and President Massoud Barzani hanging high and dry, and threatens the future of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).

3fierysword16: I am also happy with the announcement that recently came directly from Alak about restrictions being removed in the 10/16/17 thread, but knowing that  “history is the shadow that we live in today,”

(we all know Alak's history)

What Alak says, and What Alak means, and When Alak does what he means (CBI) could means  three different things in  three different time zones.

It all depends what "he' wants it to mean to the audience that he speaking too
