Eccl519:  I'm of the opinion (and believe it's true) that Ch 7 keeps Iraq from a free market economy. Therefore becoming international really depends on going Ch8 and free of sanctions. That's what Abadi asked UN for today...so looking good

Superfantastic99:  Eccl...I agree...plus Iraq won't RV in my opinion until Mosul and Iraq, in general, is free from ISIS...that's just common sense

Eccle519:  Yes Super, Mosul is a condition of chapter 8 and free of ISis so I agree, let's be practical about this

Going by the article it seems only companies and maybe govt. are getting a great return on the exchanges
