The British Times newspaper reported Tuesday that arch rivals the United States and Iran have agreed for the first time against a referendum. The paper published an analysis of Richard Spencer, entitled "enemies unite against a separatist movement, the Kurdistan Iraq plan to hold a referendum on independence has led to bitter rivals, the United States and Iran."
