Most games/snacks range between 2 – 8 punches.

Punch Cards are required for all games as well as inside food snacks. Purchase pre-sale punch cards here now through April 10 and save!

Please consider donating to one of the Spring Fair fundraising activities.

Homeroom Coordinators (HRC) received an email with detailed information about the next step in the Spring Fair Basket/Fun Jar process. HRCs should be reaching out to class families to request contributions for Raffle Baskets and Fun Jars. Each class is responsible for one Basket and one Fun Jar. In addition, we will be asking families for other Fun Jars - stay tuned for more info about that. Sixth grade only: Please submit photos you have taken at Butler events through the years! Additionally, if you would like to include your child's first day of kindergarten picture, please submit one picture.

For any 6th Grade Yearbook photo questions, please contact Jennie Temple.

The 6th Grade Yearbook Committee needs your help to make the 6th Grade Yearbook even more special for our kids. For a small donation of $5.00 per shout out, you can write a special note to your child or to his or her friends that will be published in the yearbook. Payment can be made through Venmo (@Melissa-Griffin-61) or checks payable to "Butler PTO."

A shout out is space that you purchase to be printed in the Butler yearbook, which congratulates your child. One shout out is up to 180 characters (including spaces, and punctuation).

In order to volunteer in the classroom, you must have current volunteer clearances through CBSD. ***Failure to gain CBSD volunteer credentials may prohibit your ability to support any upcoming parties.*** Questions? Contact Erin McCreary.

The process is EASY and all done online using the Volunteer Tracker App. Every CB volunteer will need to register, and upload their clearances.
