‘Starry, Starry Nights’, is a program presented by Chef Patrick O’Connell featuring America's Michelin-starred chefs.

Each evening will celebrate a Michelin-starred chef and will include a cocktail reception, followed by dinner at Patty O’s Café featuring the favorite dishes from their restaurant’s ‘family meal’. This is a rare opportunity for a glimpse behind the scenes of America's finest restaurants and their creators.

Chef Rob Rubba

Chef Rob Rubba of Oyster Oyster in Washington, D.C. brings his Michelin rated vegetarian cuisine to Little Washington.

Chef Rob Rubba (2023 James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Chef, & Food & Wine Magazine's Best New Chefs 2022, Esquire Best New Restaurant 2022) is the chef and partner of Oyster Oyster in Washington, DC.

His career spans 20 years of cooking in some of the best restaurants across the country, honing his skills under chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Guy Savoy, and Laurent Gras. Rubba has branched out on his own, focusing his life’s work to sustainability. Chef Rubba, being a vegetarian himself, prepares a seasonal, local, plant-forward tasting menu that expresses the beautiful bounty of the Mid-Atlantic, all while staying true to the ethos of zero waste, low carbon footprint, and supporting regenerative farming practices.
