Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with prosciutto ham, pesto
mascarpone cheese, 2 crispy fried shrimp and remoulade drizzle.
 
Grouper Gardina $30.95
Fresh red grouper filet sautéed then served on top of a nest of
fresh fennel and baby dill oil.

Smoked Chipotle Prime Rib
12 oz.-$33.95 or 16 oz.-$38.95
USDA Certified Angus Prime Rib marinated with fresh herbs, garlic,
and chipotle peppers then slow smoked over mesquite wood.
Served with au jus.
