Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with jumbo lump crab and
fresh asparagus with a sauce béarnaise.

Fresh Fluke Flounder sautéed with a basil lobster sauce with a garnish of a lobster mascarpone cheese and a dollop of sesame caviar.

We will have two buffet seating's Mother's Day; first buffet will run from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm and the second buffet will run from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
