Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with artichoke hearts, diced tomato, scallions in a creamy sauce Mornay and finished with melted brie cheese.

Fresh Pacific mahi-mahi marinated with fresh herbs, garlic, and olive oil then char-grilled and completed with a saffron dill butter.
