Tender morsels of Red and Black Grouper cheeks dusted with fresh bread crumbs blended with sesame seeds, fried golden and crisp, and presented with a zesty remoulade sauce.
 
Roast Duck Ala Orange $26.95
Half semi boneless roast duck slowly roasted and served crisp and well done with wild rice and pine nuts.  

Mahi Mahi “Zooberry” $26.95
Fresh Mahi Mahi rubbed with chopped pecans and craisins, then sautéed and served with fresh blueberries and a white wine reduction.

Steak Au Poivre $32.95
12 oz. USDA prime center cut New York strip steak rubbed with fresh garlic, cracked peppercorns and shallots then pan seared, sliced, and served on a wild mushroom brandy cream.
