Cooking Class - The Pastas of Rome
Saturd ay, March 9th at 10:30 am- Ferrari's in Addison
59 pp

I'm getting guanciale from a friend of mine flying in this weekend
to NY, then bringing it for the cooking class to make Amatriciana pasta.
Also getting Pecorino Romano from him to make
Cacio e Pepe pasta with fresh Tonnarelli, should be beyond awesome.

Pastas:
Tonarrelli Cacio e Pepe
Bucatini Amatriciana
-served with wines from around Roma, so so good
