Tuesday: Stuffed Pepper Soup
~ Stuffed pepper soup is great any time of year, but it's even better when peppers are farm fresh. This soup is filled with perfectly seasoned beef, onions, garlic, herbs, and of course sweet bell peppers. Pair with our salt and pepper bread for a complete meal.
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads
~Pepperoni Rolls and Flavor of the Week Roll
~Focaccia
~Olive Oil Bread
Thursday- Tomato Basil Soup
~ My favorite summer crop, the tomato. I easily eat a tomato a day this time of year. Simply cut it up add a little dash of salt and pepper, and that's my mid-day snack. However, roasting tomatoes with garlic and fresh herbs intensifies all those delicious flavors. Then we blend that with other fresh veggies to make our tomato basil soup. Perfection.
Friday- Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies
~ Simplicity is often the best choice when it comes to many things in life, and the same goes for meals. We will be utilizing local zucchini, onions, and tomatoes and pairing it with chicken thighs and roasting it all together with fresh herbs and seasoning. Simple, fresh, and flavorful. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~ Bacon and Gouda
~ Three Cheese and Herb
~ Spinach, Tomato, Italian Cheese
Summer Kale Salad
~ Fresh kale is an abundance right now, and we are loving it. This salad will have local cucumbers, tomato, and kale as the showcase. We will be making a lemon tahini dressing to pair.
