Tuesday: Chicken and Mushroom Wild Rice Soup / Italian Tortellini Soup

~ Tender roast chicken, multiple different types of mushrooms, fresh herbs, veggies, and rice make this soup a hearty delicious meal. With all the different flavors and textures in this soup, it is all you need for a quick lunch or dinner. However, our salad of the week would be a delicious accompaniment.


Italian tortellini is one of our most popular vegetarian soups, and for good reason. Tomato and cream base with tons of veggies, greens, Italian herbs, and of course those scrumptious cheese tortellini. A family favorite.








Wednesday- Stuffed Breads

~Pepperoni Rolls and Flavor of the Week Roll

~Focaccia

~Olive Oil Bread





Thursday- Caribbean Stew

~ One of my personal favorites. Unique in its flavors and ingredients. Root veggie such as; turnips, plantains, sweet potatoes, and white potatoes make up the bulk of this soup. But the base is coconut milk with a touch of lime and ginger. Each bite is packed with flavor.





Friday- Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

~ Light yet filling, the perfect dinner for a busy summer meal. We perfectly roast shrimp and broccoli in a scratch made soy and garlic marinade. We then pair it with rice for a perfect meal for two. Dinner is done.






Saturday- Quiche

~ Chicken, Bacon and Ranch with Cheddar

~ Three Cheese and Herb

~ Zucchini, Tomato, Italian Cheese




Roasted Veggie Salad

~ Tender carrots, zucchini, squash, and red onion roasted perfectly and put on a bed of mixed greens with fresh tomatoes and shaved Italian cheese. Pairs beautifully with our balsamic dressing.
