Tuesday: Taco Soup / Creamy Garlic and White Bean
~ The title of the week is fitting, and this first soup is one of the reasons. Taco soup is one of Fionas absolute favorites and for good reason. It is filled with seasoned beef, beans, corn, cheese, and veggies. It is like chili but even better with your favorite flavors of your favorite Mexican dish.
We were asked to make a soup that would pair with a catered meal of turkey and cranberry sandwiches, and we came up with this super flavorful soup. We will be using freshly roasted local garlic to ramp up the flavor, along with fresh herbs, veggies, and white beans to add protein and nutrients. The perfect pairing with your favorite sandwich or our salad of the week.
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads

~Focaccia
~Olive Oil Bread
Thursday- Shrimp and Corn Chowder / Mushroom Tortellini
~ This may not be Fionas favorite soup, but I know it's many of yours! Loaded with flavor and texture from the potatoes, corn, carrots, garlic, onions, celery, and of course those plump shrimp. A perfect pairing with our herb salt bread.
Mushroom tortellini is the ideal soup for a chilly December day. Creamy and savory broth made from a few different types of mushrooms, fresh herbs, veggies, spinach, and cheese tortellini. I highly recommend one of our buttermilk biscuits dunked in.
Friday- Meatballs and Sauce
~ Another one of Fionas favorites, Jess's meatballs. Anytime I make them at home, she always asks "are these like Jess's?", to which I say, of course! But no one can make them quite like Jess. She knows just the right amount of herbs. breadcrumbs (which we make in house from our bread), egg, cheese, and other secret seasonings to make them just about perfect. Not to mention our scratch made sauce that goes with them. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~ Pepperoni and Cheese
~ Broccoli and Cheddar
~ Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper, Italian Cheese
Roasted Veggie Salad
~ Perfectly roasted zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, and carrots, on a bed of greens, with fresh tomatoes, and italian cheese.
