Tuesday: Wedding Soup / Tuscan White Bean Soup
~ Wedding soup is a favorite for so many people in Western Pa and I think we do it justice. We hand make all the mini meatballs, scratch make the broth and hand cut all the veggies that go into the pot. Add in the pasta and you have yourself a soup the whole family adores.
Tuscan bean soup is one of my personal favorites. Simple, clean, yet packed with flavor and depth. It is loaded with veggies, fresh herbs, and protein packed beans. Pair with our salad of the week and a sea salt bread for a complete meal.
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads
~Pepperoni Rolls and Flavor of the Week Roll
~Focaccia
~Olive Oil Bread
Thursday- Zucchini Lentil Soup / Beef Noodle Soup
~ Tomato base soup with tons of fresh veggies and hearty lentils. It is a light yet completely satisfying soup. Tastes like a bowl of summer but with the heartiness of a winter soup.
Beef noodle is one of our most popular soups. Tender melt in your mouth beef, fresh cut veggies, and herbs make for a deeply flavorful broth. Then we throw in a bunch of hearty egg noodles to soak up all that flavor and make it an even heartier soup. This is another family favorite for a busy week.
Friday- Thai Peanut Chicken with Rice and Broccoli
~ Super excited for this Friday! I absolutely love this meal, and I have a hard time not going back again and again for just one more bite. Tender pieces of oven roasted chicken coated with our scratch made peanut sauce, which is sweet, savory, and just a touch of spice. We then pair it with fluffy rice and perfectly roasted broccoli. The ideal dinner for two after a busy week. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~ Sausage and Gouda
~ Zucchini, Tomato, Italian Cheese
~ Roasted Sweet Potato, Spinach, Goat Cheese
Italian Tortellini Salad
~ Perfectly cooked tortellini tossed with our house made honey balsamic, fresh tomatoes, and Italian cheese blend all on a bed of greens.
