Tuesday: Wedding Soup / Pesto Minestrone
~ We put together a mean wedding soup, and it all starts with our meatballs. We make tons of mini meatballs that just melt in your mouth and make this soup sing. Not to mention the pot is brimming with shredded chicken, veggies, greens, and that wonderful tiny pasta we all love, acini de pepe.
Since the weather is still not acting like its May we will be doing a second soup, Pesto Minestrone. A flavorful take on the classic. We use white beans instead of kidney, but all your favorite veggies and then robust pesto to make the soup stand out. Pair with our sea salt bread for a match made.
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads
~Pepperoni Rolls and Flavor of the Week Roll
~Focaccia
~Olive Oil Bread
Thursday- Italian Gnocchi Soup
~ A tomato and cream base soup is always a winner in my book. This soup has tons of veggies, fresh herbs, spinach and of course those delicious potato dumplings, gnocchi. It is a soup that makes a hearty lunch or a light dinner.
Friday- Meatballs and Sauce
~ If you have had our meatballs and sauce, then you know, its hard to beat this meal. Everyone in the family loves it and makes for an easy option on a busy May weekend. Eat them plain, pair with our olive oil bread, or make some pasta, either way dinner is done. Pair with our salad of the week for a complete healthy dinner.
Saturday- Quiche
~ Tomato, Pesto, Mozzarella
~ Kielbasa, Kraut, Swiss
~ Broccoli and Cheddar
Greekish Salad
~ Cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, red onion, feta cheese, and pepperoncini on a bed of mixed greens.
