Tuesday: Chicken Noodle Soup / Broccoli Cheddar Soup
~ Who couldn't use some chicken noodle soup right about now? It is a known fact that this soup just simply makes everyone feel better. Especially when the stock is made from chicken, fresh veggies, garlic, and onions. Add in those large yummy home-style noodles and you have yourself a soup the whole family loves.
This other soup for the day is another family favorite. It is filled with tons of veggies including vitamin rich broccoli, carrots, and potatoes. Then of course we add in cheese and some cream to make all those veggies taste extra good. Pair with our olive oil bread for a perfect February meal.

Thursday- Taco Soup / Italian Tortellini
~ It is Fionas birthday week, so that means we must make her favorite soup. It tastes like a real taco in a bowl. Filled with seasoned beef, black beans, corn, fresh herbs, veggies and all the spices you expect to taste in a taco. Pair with our salad of the week for a complete meal.
Italian Tortellini is one of the most popular vegetarian soups that we make. It begins simply with veggies, tomatoes, and herbs, then we add cream, spinach and cheese tortellini. It makes for a super flavorful and delicious soup.
Friday- Pepperoni Rolls and Dips
~ With a fun weekend coming up it is a good reason to dips and bread. We will be making our pepperoni rolls complete with our red sauce and dusted with parmesan cheese. We will also be making your three favorite dips; Spinach Artichoke, Buffalo Chicken, and Balsamic Tomato. Perfect to enjoy at home or take to a friend's house. Snacking is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~ Potato, Green Onion, Cheddar
~ Broccoli and Cheddar
~ Chicken Apple Gouda
Fiesta Salad
~ Perfectly seasoned beans, corn, and red onion, on a bed of mixed greens with fresh tomatoes. Pairs beautifully with our scratch made ranch.
