Tuesday: New England Clam Chowder / Garden Veggie Soup
~ Get cozy and comfy this Tuesday evening with a warm bowl of our clam chowder. Packed with carrots, onion, potatoes, celery, and clams to fill your bowl and your soul. Dunk any one of our olive oil breads in your bowl for a perfect lunch or dinner.
I have had multiple people ask me just in the last week about when we would have our garden veggie soup again, even though we just made it not long ago. It is just that good. So, we are making it again and I couldn't be happier about it. The perfect soup no matter the time of year.
Wednesday- Stuffed Breads
~Pepperoni Rolls and Flavor of the Week Roll

~Olive Oil Bread
Thursday- Beef Barley Soup / Peanut Stew
~ This is one of Jess's favorite soups to make and eat, and if it is the chefs favorite, you are going to want to eat it. Tender, melt in your mouth pieces of beef, veggies, herbs, and barley. Fills you with warmth and memories of childhood. Pair with our salad of the week for a complete meal.
I am so excited, my personal favorite! Savory and hearty, yet with a hint of sweetness from the sweet potatoes and peanut butter. It has a unique flavor that just keeps you coming back for just one more bite.
Friday- Garlic Shrimp with Broccoli and Rice
~ We decided to jump on the fish Friday band wagon. We are doing a perfectly roasted garlic, ginger soy shrimp on a bed of rice and broccoli. An ideal light dinner for two. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~ Shrimp, Jalapeno, Cheese
~ Broccoli and Cheddar
~ Ham and Cheddar
Roasted Veggie Salad
~ Perfectly roasted zucchini, squash, carrots, and red onion on a bed of mix greens with fresh tomatoes and Italian cheese. Pairs beautifully with our honey balsamic dressing.
