COLD HANDS AND COLD FEET

There are at least one thousand field workers on the farms in Yuma, migrants from Mexico, who need both physical and emotional warmth. These workers are people on the margins who are often overlooked during the holidays. The deacons have resoundingly agreed to support these workers by gifting them with hats, gloves, and socks, a small thank you for all the hard work they provide in growing the food for our tables. But the deacons can’t do this alone.
