Cathedral Happenings
The Cathedral of All Saints  hosts an ecumenical  Choral Evensong on Sunday, October 14 at 3:00 p.m.  for the Feast of Our Lady of Walsingham in celebration of the covenant relationship between the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and the Cathedral of All Saints. The Anglican-Episcopal, Roman Catholic, and Eastern Orthodox traditions share this devotion to Our Lady. Each tradition has a shrine in Walsingham, England which has been a site of pilgrimage for almost a thousand years.

The Most Reverend Edward B. Scharfenberger, Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, is the guest preacher. All clergy are cordially invited to process and sit in the choir. Dress is cassock, surplice, tippet, and hood; please arrive to be vested by 2:30 p.m.
Evensong follows a  choir recital  held at  2:30 p.m . Both events are free and will be followed by a reception hosted by The Friends of the Choir. The Cathedral of All Saints is located at the corner of Swan and Elk Streets in Albany.
