A Summer of Ordinations
On Wednesday, August 26, the Rev. Marcia Hansen was ordained to the Sacred Order of Deacons by The Rt. Rev. Megan Traquair. The evening was full of warmth, online connections, and held at St. John's Episcopal Church in Roseville.

This summer we have been conducting these extraordinary ordinations using best practices in this time of COVID.

Becoming Beloved Community in the Diocese of Northern California
Presenters: Commission for Intercultural Ministries

The Episcopal Church’s Becoming Beloved Community frames a path for Episcopalians to address racial injustice and grow as a community of healers, justice-makers, and reconcilers who share a passion for the dream of God. Where are you and your church in this lifetime journey as you learn, pray and act and then turn again to find a new revelation or challenge? Discover how the Becoming Beloved Community Labyrinth relates to your Baptismal vows. Hear how churches are telling the truth, proclaiming the dream, and following the Way of Love towards repairing the injuries to ourselves and our world.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is currently open for clergy and delegates. Watch in the coming weeks for an invitation for all to participate in the 2020 Diocesan Convention.

In addition to prayer, if you would like to reach out a helping hand, here is how to donate to disaster relief:
