Dover Art Beat
The pulse of the seacoast art scene

The goal is to encourage local businesses to display local art and give artists an alternate display venue other than specific galleries or themed gallery shows.

How it works: Once a business agrees to participate, they will receive a link to view the artist roster and they will select the artist they wish to display. Then they will be connected to the artist by the Arts Commission and an exhibition agreement will be confirmed. The exhibit will be displayed for three months.

Timeline: Artists commit to participating by April 15 and businesses agree to participate by April 22. Artist selection is completed by May 1 and the agreements are signed May 7. Exhibits will be open June 1 – August 31.
