This fast-paced, structured, speed networking program starts promptly at 8am, ensuring participants make it through all stations before the end of the hour. Participants arriving after 8am will be assigned a station if there is a station available; any participants unassigned to a station are welcome to stay until the end of the program for general networking.

2025 Seacoast Housing Summit:

Employer-Sponsored Housing and the Business Community's Role in Advancing Housing Solutions

Thursday, November 6, 8-10am

Governor's Inn, 78 Wakefield Road, Rochester


The 8th Annual Greater Seacoast Housing Summit, hosted in partnership by the Workforce Housing Coalition of the Greater Seacoast and the Seacoast Chamber Alliance, brings together business, municipal, and nonprofit leaders to explore this year’s theme: Employer-Sponsored Housing and the Business Community’s Role in Advancing Housing Solutions. Keynote speaker Phil Sletten, Research Director at the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute, will examine the relationship between housing and the economy in New Hampshire and the Greater Seacoast region through data—highlighting trends in migration, home prices, cost burden, and commuting. Following the keynote, a panel of regional leaders will discuss innovative approaches and local examples of employer engagement in housing solutions.


Registration and breakfast opens at 8:00 am. Speaking program begins promptly at 8:30 am.

Tree Sponsorships Available

Festival of Trees is Friday, December 5, 4-8pm

Rivermill at Dover Landing


Tree Sponsorships for the 16th Annual Festival of Trees are now available.The Chamber will provide the tree and tree stand. Tree sponsors provide all of the decorations, promotional items, and "swag" (gift cards, concert tickets, toys, etc.), all to be auctioned off at the end of the night. There are 35 trees available for sponsorship.
