High-Quality Standards

At Marina Coast Water District we work hard to provide you with safe, reliable, high-quality water. Our full-time staff of water quality professionals ensures that your tap water meets or exceeds all Federal and State drinking water health standards. We perform extensive testing – up to 2,000 tests annually.

The Marina Coast Water District sends a warm thank you to outgoing MCWD Board Director Matt Zefferman for his four years of dedicated service to the District. Matt’s strong leadership in support of the mission and policy governance of the District served as a superior example to others and enabled him to make significant contributions during his tenure on the Board.

In addition, we welcome incoming Board Director Brad Imamura, an Ord Community resident, avid hiker, and retired Environmental Health Specialist at the Public Health Department.

Fort Ord Cleanup Workshop Brings Community Together

The recent Fort Ord Community Workshop & Open House welcomed residents to discuss their water questions with MCWD. The District answered questions at our Water Quality and Water Conservation booths about the safe, reliable, high-quality water we provide our customers. Our Conservation Specialist also shared information about our water conservation incentive programs and rebates.

Happy Presidents Day
